BOOKING POLICY FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS
- Sessions need to start and finish on time due to other bookings. If you are late for your appointment Rebecca-Lee will wait for you for up to 15 minutes for you; however, please note that this time will not be made up for at the end of your session.
- If you need to reschedule your session, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Last minute rescheduling may result in losing your payment for your session.
- There are no refunds or rescheduling for failure to turn up to your session without notice. If you do not show up to your appointment because you forget or for some other reason your appointment will not be rescheduled nor will you be refunded.
- Please ensure that if your session is via zoom that you have a good internet connection. This will help you get the most out of your session. For sessions with bad reception/technical difficulties please be advised that your session will be moved to a phone call. If failing that, it will be a case by case basis if your session will be rescheduled. Ensure your technology is in working order.
- You must ensure that you have no interruptions around you during your session. Please ensure your children are cared for and that you are not responsible to answer calls whilst still at work.
- Please ensure you are not driving whilst in your session and are not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol during your session.
- No children or animals or other people can attend your in-person sessions with Rebecca-Lee unless previously requested and approved by Rebecca-Lee
In a case where you are unhappy with your session, we ask you to please email us at email@example.com and discuss it with us first before any public shaming, blaming or gossiping with others.
We would love to receive a testimonial. We may follow-up with you after your session and ask for a testimonial. This is a request only. We would appreciate your time!
If you have any questions please contact Rebecca-Lee’s office at firstname.lastname@example.org
