Lately, I’ve been having the same conversation with women in my community — quietly, off to the side, behind all the noise.
It goes something like this:
“I feel like I’ve lost my spark.”
“I’m not where I thought I’d be.”
“I’m tired, but I don’t even know what of anymore.”
Sound familiar?
Here’s the thing no one tells you in this world that never stops:
You are not behind.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You might just be out of rhythm with your Soul.
Because your Soul?
She doesn’t move in straight lines.
She moves in cycles.
Like the moon. Like the tides. Like the trees.
And maybe — just maybe — you’re in a Winter right now.
A season where things feel still.
Where you’re more tender than motivated.
Where the spark hasn’t gone out… it’s just gone inward.
But when the world keeps shouting “shine!” —
Winter can feel like failure.
It’s not.
It’s sacred.
Winter is the compost. The pause. The deep breath.
It’s where we rest, reflect, retreat, and remember.
If you’ve been feeling off, like something’s shifting but you don’t know what… maybe your Soul is trying to bring you back to your natural rhythm.
Not productivity. Not performance.
Just presence. And truth.
That’s what I’ve been leaning into — through painting, through journaling, through slowing the heck down.
That’s why I created Tree Woman Quest.
Not as a “course” to fix you.
But as a seasonal rhythm you can live into.
If you’re feeling this too, you’re not alone.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re just in a different season.
And that season matters.
Even if the world doesn’t see it.
With love,
Rebecca-Lee
